A place to check in, find balance, and nurture your mind, body, and spirit. At Meridian Yoga & Pilates, our intention is to hold space for you to come home to yourself. Located in the heart of Glasgow’s East End, we offer a variety of inclusive mat-based Pilates and Yoga classes, from Yin Yoga to Vinyasa Flow, suitable for beginners and experienced practitioners alike. Our holistic approach to wellbeing extends beyond movement, with offerings including shamanic healing, Reiki, shamanic journeying circles, and sound baths — supporting your body, mind, and soul.

    Our friendly and welcoming studio offers three types of memberships, which are designed to suit you and your busy schedule. We are open 7 days a week, at various times of the day to give the flexibility you require.

    Beginners Classes

    New to yoga or Pilates but feeling a bit nervous about starting? Our Glasgow Yoga and Pilates studio offers a warm, inclusive space where beginners can feel at ease. Join us for Beginners Yoga on Tuesdays and Beginners Pilates on Thursdays.

  • Intro Offer

    New to Meridian Yoga & Pilates Glasgow? Our intro offer is £40 for 5 classes. This provides the opportunity to try our weekly classes, meet the teachers and decide if we're the right fit for you. Courses and workshops, are exempt.

    Gift Cards

    Our East End Yoga and Pilates Studio has gift cards available, which cover all of our offerings, including shamanic services and reiki. Gift card values are customisable, meaning you can choose the amount that suits your loved one.
